Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with your first purchase of our products, we’ll offer you a refund upon a hassle-free return. This guarantee applies exclusively to your first purchase and is limited to one refund per product per customer. Please note that shipping, handling, and optional Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable.

If your order contains two or more units, unopened items may need to be returned for a refund. In such cases, Casano will cover the return shipping. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order. If you decide to exchange your product, the money-back guarantee will no longer apply.

Delivery Delays and Reshipping

If an order is lost during shipping, we may offer a one-time redelivery at our discretion. Please note that replacement shipments may take longer than the original delivery time due to processing and logistics. Orders lost in transit or marked as delivered by the courier are not eligible for a refund unless officially confirmed as undeliverable by the shipping provider.

Damaged Products

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, don’t worry! There’s no need to return the item. Simply select the appropriate reason, and we will send you a replacement right away, at no extra charge.
